Cro-Bar Construction Ltd, “Glencree”, Brooklodge, Glanmire, Co Cork – the contractor engaged by Limerick County Council on the Shannon Estuary Water Scheme – is in breach of the Construction Industry Registered Employment Agreement Pensions Assurance and Sick Pay Regulations.
In awarding this contract to Cro-Bar Construction, Limerick County Council is in breach of the Craft Analogue Agreement (Procedural Agreement for the use of Contractors by Local Authorities).
