ProblemSolution
Nothing is being displayed
  • You probably didnt paste any data into the form, press the BACK button and make sure that you have entered data.
  • If you entered a range, it may be incorrectly filled out.
  • You haven't installed a VRML viewer, a list is available by following this link.
The VRML file is messed up
  • Your input data was unrecognized
  • Your function was invalid e.g. square root of a negative number.
  • An invalid or unrecognized operator was used. See the list.
No text is displayed
  • Your VRML viewer does not support the ASCIItext node, use another viewer such as Live3D or VRscout
The server starts sending lots of data but it doesn't stop The Tool has entered an infinite loop or other error. This is probably due to an incorrect range being set e.g.
X ranges from 1 to 10 in steps of 0.

Check your ranges.

The VRML file is badly proportioned You entered illogical scaling options. If the scale is changed for one axis e.g. Scale X data to 100 metres then the resulting VRML file will be disproportionate unless the Y & Z data is also scaled to be in roughly the same range.
The function parser is not giving correct results This may happen, operator precedence is NOT guaranteed, when in doubt use brackets e.g.
NOT a+b*c BUT (a+b)*c
