Testing

It is hoped that if the project goes according to plan, a beta version of the code will be released onto the Internet. This will allow other people to test the code in more realistic and varied environments than what is available in the college.

Testing will also be accomplished by setting up a running Linux machine with the T/TCP enabled kernel on it, and trying to communicate with other T/TCP enabled hosts on the Internet.

There are a number of tools available to test the timings and loading from the packets using the network. These will be used to compare the three different protocols, TCP, T/TCP and UDP for performance and time.
