What a game...

Finished it today after about a fortnight of playing on and off. Only took about eight and a half hours playing, but it still made a person want to be a swashbuckling arabian prince in a pastel world.

Best bit is there's a port of the original Prince of Persia as a bonus for finishing the game. What a great use for an XBox and a big telly!

Being able to buy games second hand is shit cool. Having a little brother who compulsively buys the second hand games is even better.

Went to their gig in Dolan's last weekend - a properly cool band. Live house music with a brass section; guitar, keyboard and drums; and a laptop thumping out funky basslines. Two big voices up front.

I absolutely loved their fast stuff; was less keen on the mellower tunes, but that's me...
