About GlucoAware - Diabetes Management Tool

This is a project that I started when it occurred to me that there should be a more systematic method of managing diabetes.

As it stands a diabetic is expected to track their daily readings and insulin dosages, and make adjustments based on that data.
Their consultant must then look through that data and make recommendations to them based on the information provided.
Often this information is seperated across a number of logbooks and can be quite disorganised. The idea behind this tool
is that the information can be made available on the web so that a consultant can get the most current data regarding more
problematic patients.

Since many users don't have access to always-on internet connections a PC client is proposed to store the data and allow
for periodic uploads to the web-based system, which will also provide analysis tools and other utilities.
