DibBitBlt in wmf can be odd =========================== Purpose ------- There are some strange arangements of arguments possible with this call. This technique works for me in libwmf (http://www.csn.ul.ie/~caolan/docs/libwmf.html), it appears to work for wine as well Caolan Mcnamara (1999)
