Seats against Benchmarking Park benches, yesterday, sensationaly came out in full support of ASTI members against benchmarking. "It's just not on", claimed one bench. "I'm very concerned about the possibility of benchmarking. I mean, how would you like it if someone came along and marked you - just because the government said so." The Park Bench action group, Benches Against Benchmarking (BAB) are currently planning a march to and subsequent demonstration outside The Dáil. The Park Keepers union has so far declined to comment.
