Historical:
I am a graduate of Computer Engineering at the University of Limerick, Ireland, originally from Longford, Ireland.

I completed my Research Masters into Mobile Systems with the Telecommunications Research Centre in 2001.

I worked as a Software Engineer with Parthus Technologies until May 2002.

Travelled around South East Asia from May until November 2002, visiting Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, and Nepal. My travel weblog is still available.

Climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in October 2000, and reached Gillmans Point. See Picture Page.

Projects:
I'm involved in a number of Linux and GPL software projects, and a consultant to the University of Limerick Computer Society and the Skynet systems, in the areas of mail and systems admin.
